Lomé
Lomé is the capital of Togo located in the southwest corner of the country. A great activity to do in Lomé is of course, go to the beach. However, if you can't afford a place near the beach, Lake Togo is a great option. Another tourist destination in the city is Village artisanal de Lomé a large shopping center where you can get various traditional foods, clothing, art, and etcetera.
Kpalime
Cascade De Kpimé is a great place to go in togo. It is a hike up a mountain in which you are able to see the the amazing waterfall. You can also meet the locals in Kpalime and view their batik dyeing technique. Mount Klouto is a top attraction in the area for its amazing veiws and unique plants and animals in the area. The mountain offers several different trails that can be suited to your preferences.
Voodoo Festival
Togo & Bénin Voodoo Festival Tour is arriving in Lomé in 8/1/2025 for the start of the festival. The festival is a celebration of the West-African religion Vodoun. It is a 14 day international tour that circles western Benin and most of Ghana. The tour ends exploring the former slave coast with many European forts. People along the tour dress up in costumes mainly consisting of white with various masks.
